What counts as a request?
Every signing request started and every document chain started. A chain with three stages is one request.
What happens when a limit is reached?
DocTrace shows a clear message and offers to change the plan. Ongoing requests are never interrupted.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, at any time in Settings under "Subscription and invoices". The difference is charged pro rata.
Who issues the invoice?
Our payment partner Paddle. Paddle handles billing, remits taxes and issues the invoices, which you can find in the customer portal at any time.
